EpoLume ships handmade resin lamps from Vietnam to customers in the United States, Europe, and other supported destinations. For order questions, email [email protected].
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade, personalized, or high-volume orders may require additional preparation time depending on design complexity and order volume.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: approximately 8-10 days in transit after shipment.
- Europe: approximately 8-15 days in transit after shipment.
- Other destinations: delivery time varies by country, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.
Processing time and transit time are separate. Example: a U.S. order usually needs up to 5 business days for processing plus about 8-10 days in transit.
Shipping Costs and Tracking
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes required by their destination country. These charges are not controlled by EpoLume and are not included unless clearly shown at checkout.
