Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is the time needed to prepare, inspect, pack, and hand the handmade resin lamp to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5 business days processing plus approximately 8-10 business days in transit after shipment, for an estimated total of 13-15 business days.
• Europe: 5 business days processing plus approximately 8-15 business days in transit after shipment.
• Other destinations: delivery time may vary based on destination, customs, carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Processing time and transit time are separate. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs and Tracking

For United States orders, EpoLume uses a $20.00 USD flat-rate shipping fee unless a different rate is shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.

Ships From Vietnam

EpoLume serves international customers in English and fulfills handmade resin lamps from Vietnam. Orders are packed carefully before shipment, but international delivery may be affected by customs review, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges required by their destination country unless checkout or local law states otherwise. EpoLume cannot control customs processing times.
