EpoLume serves international customers in English and fulfills handmade resin lamps from Vietnam.

Products and Handmade Variations

EpoLume products are handmade resin lamps and decor pieces. Small variations in resin clarity, bubbles, color depth, miniature placement, and lighting appearance can occur. These handmade variations are part of the product character and are not considered defects unless the item is materially different from the confirmed order details.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted after payment is authorized and order details are confirmed. Product prices, shipping costs, and order totals are shown before payment. We may contact you if order details, custom requests, or delivery information need clarification.

Shipping

Orders ship from Vietnam. Standard processing time is 5 business days before shipment. For United States orders, estimated transit time after shipment is 8-10 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 13-15 business days. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Return, refund, exchange, or replacement requests are accepted only for approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items reported within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, preference changes, size preference, color preference, or items that were ordered correctly and delivered as described.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or modified lamps may not be cancelled, returned, refunded, exchanged, or replaced unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, submit false order information, or use EpoLume content in a way that violates applicable law. Product images, text, and brand content on this website are provided for shopping and customer support purposes.
