User Data Deletion Instructions

EpoLume uses social login and social publishing integrations only to connect approved EpoLume-owned social accounts with our publishing tools. If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to an EpoLume app and want your app-related data removed, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Go to the EpoLume contact page: https://epolume.com/contact-us/
  2. Send a request with the subject line: Social App Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the social platform name, such as Facebook or Instagram, and the account name or email address used to connect with the EpoLume app.
  4. We will remove app-related connection data, access tokens, and any stored profile identifiers associated with the request.

What data may be removed

Depending on the integration used, deletion may include social account identifiers, profile display information, access tokens, publishing connection records, and logs required only for operating the integration.

This request does not delete content that was already published on a third-party social platform. To remove published posts from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or another platform, please delete those posts directly from the relevant social account.

Processing time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 business days. If we need more information to verify the request, we may ask for additional details before completing deletion.
